Highly recommend Reliable Roofing. They were very thorough in their explanation of what needed to be done and the estimate provided detailed information about the work. Communication was also great-there were frequent check ins and information throughout each step of the process. The quality of work was also awesome for a very reasonable price. There were some instances where extra steps had to be taken but we were not charged anymore for that work which was truly appreciated. The area was also cleaned up after the job was completed. And while on the roof he was able to see lifted flashing & other issues with our chimney which he will be fixing next & helped to prevent a major headache before next hard rain or wind storm. Reliable Roofing has been a God send to me. Julio is very approachable. My insurance company gave me a bad time wanting proof after proof. Julio kept fighting for me. He was able to convince them of what the house needed & their obligations as my insurance company to fix it. The work started with Julio on site making sure everything went smoothly. I recently had my home reroofed by Reliable Roofing Gutters & Siding LLC. The company owner and manager was very knowledgeable about the Omaha Code requirements for installing shingle roofs. I also received help picking out the shingle color. The shingle color matched my home color better than I had ever expected. He thoroughly explained what had to be done and submitted a proposal to me. I accepted his proposal and he later obtained a Building Permit from the City of Omaha before starting work. Reliable Roofing completed the project within a couple of days. The crew also installed a new skylight and two new wind turbines for ventilating the attic. I was extremely pleased with the completed project. I was able to verify that there were no leaks because it rained hard for a couple of days thereafter. Everything was dry inside. The City of Omaha came out and inspected the roof and pictures taken during construction. The City Inspector gave Final Approval for a job well done. I was so pleased with the outcome that I had Reliable Roofing paint my home a couple of days later which also turned out well. On both projects, the crew was knowledgeable, experienced and consciencious in doing their work.

We received two other estimates for siding, roof and gutters, and Reliable Roofing not only gave better pricing, they were able to complete the work earlier and with higher quality materials than competitors offered. The crew was courteous and professional. The work is high quality. We had a few very minor details we requested to be fixed, and Julio saw to it that these were fixed the same day. He was on site cleaning up nails on the final day and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Highly exceeded expectations. Best experience with a contractor that I have ever had. Julio thoroughly explained what needed to be done to my roof: roof vents, ice & water dam, removing & remounting skylights, etc. He explained different roofing materials and class of shingles and gave me color choices. When I had questions about the contract, he came over in person to explain it to me. After the quote, he promised they would not go over the quote price and he didn't even when additional materials were needed. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and finished the job in a day and a half. The workmanship was impeccable. It was the best looking roof I have ever had. The best part was that I did not ever have to call him. Everything was done exactly as he had stated and in the time frame stated. His crew was a joy to work with. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. I have a ton of flowers, bird feeders, hanging baskets, etc. They moved or covered everything to protect it. I can't say enough good things about Julio and his crew. I sold real estate for 32 years, so I have a lot of experience working with contractors and I can truthfully say that this was the best experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!
